Structure

The operational office of Gestione Sinistri is in Belluno and focuses on the technical management, technical-juridical analysis of the case, feasibility study and correct handling of the accident, and manages the relations with insurance companies. 

Its team is constituted by a technical-organizational staff and by a group of collaborators spread on the national territory who operate with professionalism and commitment in their own growth, actively participating at ongoing technical and cross training sessions, with the aim to be good team mates. 

During the years, Gestione Sinistri built a national network of experts in the medical, medical-legal, assessment, kinematic, engineering, legal and insurance fields, professionals selected from time to time according to the competences that distinguish them as valuable partners in the evaluation of specific aspects of the single cases.

The structure, thanks to the experience and numerous cases that have been managed and are currently being managed, can operate with greater strength and awareness in the result management phase for the injured party, without incurring into situations of conflict of interests and economic bias.It also commits to assist the client with the result obligation, asking for compensation only in case of positive outcome of the case, without any payment in advance of fees by the injured party.
