Once refund has been collected, the assisted party will pay a fee to Gestione Sinistri based on a PERCENTAGE on the final result, agreed beforehand.

NO ADVANCE PAYMENT TO COVER EXPENSES to invoke his/her own rights; NO ECONOMIC RISK:

the client will pay a fee to the company only in the final phase, once refund has been collected in case no refund is collected, Gestione Sinistri will pay for extrajudicial and legal costs without asking the client for compensation.

GUARANTEE OF UTMOST PROTECTION, operating to obtain the best result for the client is in the interest of Gestione Sinistri since its compensation depends on the objective result attained.

TRANSPARENCY, the commitment taken up by both parties, Gestione Sinistri and the Injured party, it is formalized with a written agreement, where the above mentioned guarantees are made clear since the beginning of the relation.
