Injury when working

Inail will be responsible for some types of damages, according to current laws, with protection initiated by the employer who reports the accident on the work place. 

Gestione Sinistri can intervene to obtain the refund for the so called differential damage from the civilly liable and/or his/her insurance, therefore for all those types of damage for which Inail is not responsible: part of the biological and patrimonial damage, moral damage, existential damage and loss of professional skills.

Managing cases of this type implies an extensive knowledge of the regulation on safety in work places, of the modalities according to which the accident took place and consequent sharing of liability, and the ability to evaluate the consequences on the professional career of the injured party.
